This past Sunday Cam (our Director of Creative Arts) came over to our Mission Heights site to lead worship.  It was my turn to prep media for the service, and as I was working on slides and formatting lyrics, I really enjoyed a mix of tunes Cam had set to play through the sounds system pre-service.   Anyone who knows me knows I am adamant about keeping my office work separate from my personal time but I felt inspired to ask Cam if we could share the songs in the Chronicle so others could look them up, too.  The Chronicle is part of my office work duties so Cam (who works with me at the office and knows I’m picky about my work/not-work time) laughed, but he said “sure”, and sent me the playlist.  Now, I usually avoid writing at all costs, but I felt I needed to explain why I am sharing this list of songs with you this quarter.  I hope the little story helps you get to know me a little better as the real person behind the bulky title of Communications Coordinator, and that you enjoy this mix as much as I did.
